I love canning. I've said that about 12 million times, but it's true. I love every part of it, especially the "pops" some of the jars make when they seal. I was going to go watch my horse at a horse show today, but the show was postponed because of the heat. So, we canned.

and we also did freezer corn; no canning involved with the corn. There is no way to photograph sweet corn already in a ziplock bag and make look good. See?

and a happy baby completed a happy day!
